DEPOSIT & WIN WITH THE GOLDEN KNIGHTS VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS PLAYOFFS – UP TO $32,000 IN CASH & PRIZES GIVEAWAY DEPOSIT AT A PT’s TAVERN & WIN PROMOTION

PROMOTION RULES The William Hill (“William Hill”) Vegas Golden Knights Playoffs Cash Deposit at a PT’s Tavern & Win Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 5:00 a.m. and will conclude when the Vegas Golden Knights playoff run concludes (“Promotion Period”). All times referred to throughout these rules are Pacific Standard Time. 

1. To be eligible, all participants must be 21 years of age or older and have a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Wagering Account (“William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account”). Membership is free.
2. During the Promotion Period, William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account holders (“Participants”) will receive one (1) electronic entry which will be used in each drawing they are eligible for when the Participant deposits $5 or more into their William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account at select PT’s Tavern locations. See rule no. 7 below for the list of eligible locations. Once a Participant has already been selected as a winner, they are no longer eligible for future drawings during the Promotion Period
   1. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account for the duration of the Promotion Period.
   2. Once an entry is “earned”, Participant’s entry will be included in any drawings they are eligible for during the Promotion Period.
   3. Participants are eligible to win only one (1) time throughout the entire course of the Promotion. Once a Participant wins, they will not be entered into future drawings during the Promotion.
3. There will be an electronic drawing within 72 hours after every Vegas Golden Knights Playoff game win, for one (1) grand prize winner and fifteen (15) secondary winners. The electronic drawing(s) will be completed by an authorized State of Nevada third-party vendor.
   1. The grand prize winner(s) will receive a $500 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account and one (1) Vegas Golden Knights autographed memorabilia item when the Vegas Golden Knights win a game in the playoffs (16 possible drawings). For Example: If the Vegas Golden Knights win 12 games in the playoffs, there will be 12 total drawings with one (1) grand prize winner in each drawing receiving a $500 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account and one (1) Vegas Golden Knights memorabilia item (12 total winners). Winners cannot win more than once.
   2. Fifteen (15) secondary winners will receive a $100 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account when the Vegas Golden Knights win a game in the playoffs (16 possible drawings). For Example: If the Vegas Golden Knights win 12 games in the playoffs, there will be 12 total drawings with 15 secondary winners in each drawing receiving a $100 William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account credit. Winners cannot win more than once.
4. Within 72 hours of each drawing, the credit will be added to the winner’s William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account. Within the same 72 hours, William Hill staff will coordinate with the grand prize winner(s) on the procedures for receiving their Vegas Golden Knights memorabilia item. (Sending in mail, picking up at a location, etc).
5. Qualifying deposits can be made starting on Monday, May 10, 2021 through and until 11:59PM PT on each date of a Vegas Golden Knight Playoff game during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the electronic drawing. Participants only need to make one deposit to qualify for the Promotion.
6. Prizes awarded are non-transferable.

8. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
9. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
10. Participants agree to allow William Hill the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.
11. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
12. William Hill reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any bonus already awarded.
13. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with William Hill whose decisions are final.
14. William Hill may disqualify any Participants from receiving any bonus based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
15. William Hill is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
16. William Hill is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by William Hill, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
17. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of William Hill which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, William Hill reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
18. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, William Hill reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
19. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
20. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to the rules.
21. Participants and winners agree to release and hold harmless the National Hockey League and its member teams, and each of their current and future affiliates, Black Knight Sports and Entertainment LLC dba the Vegas Golden Knights and its affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not sponsors of this Promotion.
22. PT’s Tavern locations nor any of its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates are not sponsors of this Promotion.
23. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management in a manner deemed fair to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If the patron is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, they have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
