Now Open: Great American Pub, PT's Taverns' Newest Location

LAS VEGAS – Aug. 16, 2024 – PT's Taverns has debuted a new addition to the company’s family of taverns with the opening of the newest Great American Pub location, located at 6945 S. Buffalo Dr., which officially opened on Thursday, Aug. 15. The new location will emphasize American pub cuisine, from hearty breakfasts and sandwiches to hot wings and pizza. 

Great American Pub will offer many of the features that locals have come to love from PT’s Taverns, including an unmatched happy hour, an impressive beer selection, signature cocktails and friendly, welcoming service close to home. It will also be another prime destination to catch sporting events, featuring viewing parties to cheer on UFC matches and local sports teams, including the Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Raiders, Las Vegas Aces and UNLV Rebels.

The pub’s menu features American classics like the Nashville Hot Breaded Chicken Sandwich, made with Nashville hot sauce, coleslaw, comeback sauce and pickle on a brioche bun, priced at $14; the Pub Club, made with ham, turkey breast, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and cheddar cheese on a choice of bread, priced at $13; as well as a number of bone-in wings, chicken bites and chicken tender options with a variety of signature sauces and spice blends. Breakfast selections include the Great American Pub Platter, which is priced at just $13 and includes two eggs, smoked bacon or breakfast sausage, breakfast potatoes, and a choice of toast.

A locally-owned, locals’ favorite for more than 40 years, PT’s Tavern has more than 70 locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley across multiple tavern brands, including PT’s Pub, Sierra Junction, PT’s Place, PT’s Ranch, Lucky’s, Sean Patrick’s, PT’s Gold, Sierra Gold and SG Bar. The addition effectively strengthens the business’ presence around the state so even more residents can enjoy award-winning happy hours and watch premier sporting events.
