PROMOTION RULES

1. The William Hill (“William Hill”) DEPOSIT AND WIN at a Tavern & Win Promotion (“Promotion”) period begins on Monday, September 2, 2024, at 5:00 am and ends on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (“Season Prize Promotion Period”). Each week (as defined in these rules below) during that Season Prize Promotion Period is a “Weekly Prize Promotion Period.”  The Season Prize Promotion Period and Weekly Prize Promotion Period collectively are referred to as the “Promotion Period.”  All times referred to throughout these rules are Pacific Standard Time. Promotion is sponsored by William Hill. “Promotion Entities” means William Hill, William Hill’s parent and each of William Hill’s affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.
2. To be eligible for the Season Prize Promotional Period, all participants must be 21 years of age or older and have a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports App (Mobile Account). Membership is free.
3. During the Season Prize Promotion Period, William Hill Nevada Mobile Account holders (“Participants”) will receive one (1) electronic entry into the Promotion by depositing $5 or more into their William Hill Nevada Mobile Account at select PT’s Taverns. See paragraph/rule 11 below for the list of eligible locations.
   1. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Mobile Account for the duration of the Season Prize Promotion Period.
4. There will be an electronic drawing at approximately 2:00 p.m. PT on 2:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, January 30, 2025, for one Season Prize Promotion Period (1) Grand Prize winner and two-hundred and fifty (250) secondary winners. The electronic drawing will be completed by a State of Nevada authorized third-party vendor.
   1. The Season Prize Promotion Period (“Grand Prize”) winner will receive a $5,000 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Account.
   2. The Two-hundred and fifty (250) Secondary Season Prize Promotion Period winners will receive a $100 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Account within thirty (30) days of the drawing on January 30, 2025.
5. The Season Prize Promotion Period Grand Prize winner will be contacted by William Hill to obtain all necessary information for completing applicable winning tax forms. Providing such information is required by Friday, February 28, 2025, to claim the prize.
6. In the event the grand prize drawing winner does not fill out the necessary winning tax forms by Friday, February 28, 2025, the Grand Prize will be deemed forfeited.
7. During the Weekly Prize Promotion Period, Participants will receive one (1) electronic entry into the Promotion by depositing $5 or more into their Mobile Account at select PT’s Taverns locations. See paragraph 11 below for the list of eligible PT’s Tavern locations. The electronic drawings will be completed by a State of Nevada authorized third-party vendor.
   1. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per William Hill Nevada Mobile Account for the duration of the Weekly Prize Promotion Period. Participant will only qualify for each Weekly Prize Promotion (“Weekly Prize”) during the week they made the deposit. Below are the lists of dates for the Weekly Prizes’ periods.
8. Five Weekly Prize Winners will be pulled each week for a $100 PT’s Taverns Gift Card. Winners will receive their PT’s Taverns Gift Card by certified mail from William Hill. Any PT’s Taverns Gift Card returned to the William Hill mailing address will be forfeited. Winners of the weekly prize will be contacted via email and phone calls to the email address and phone numbers in the William Hill system.

12. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
13. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
14. Participants agree to allow William Hill the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.
15. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
16. William Hill reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any bonus already awarded. William Hill may disqualify any Participants from receiving any bonus based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
17. Neither William Hill or PT’s Taverns their parents or subsidiaries are liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
18. Neither William Hill or PT’s Taverns their parents or subsidiaries are responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by William Hill, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of William Hill or PT’s Taverns which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, William Hill reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
20. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, William Hill reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
21. By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees on behalf of participant and participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Golden Entertainment, Inc., all participating locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of participant’s name on William Hill’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the judges, which are binding and final. If this Promotion is administered or promoted on any social media platform, the operator/provider of such social media platform and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents shall be considered “Released Parties” hereunder. If this Promotion requires the downloading or use of any mobile application, then Apple, Inc., Alphabet, Inc., each of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents of each shall be considered “Released Parties” hereunder.
22. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
23. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rules.
24. PT’s Tavern locations nor any of its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates are not owners of or sponsors or agents of this Promotion.
25. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules, or in connection with the administration of this Promotion, will be resolved by William Hill in its sole discretion and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
