CONTEST RULES

The William Hill (“William Hill”) March Into Cash Deposit at a Tavern & Win Promotion (“Contest”) period begins on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 5:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, March 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (“Contest Period”). All times referred to throughout these rules are Pacific Standard Time.

1. To be eligible, all participants must be 21 years of age or older and have a William Hill Nevada Account Wagering Account (“Mobile Account”). Membership is free, visit williamhill.us to learn how to set up a new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account number and to see participating William Hill Nevada Full-Service Sportsbook sign up locations. Must be a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account holder.
2. During the Contest Period, William Hill Nevada Mobile Account holders (“Participants”) will receive one (1) electronic entry into a drawing by depositing $5 or more, (“Deposit”) into their William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account at select PT’s Tavern locations. See rule no. 8 below for the list of eligible locations.
   1. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Mobile Account for the duration of the Contest Period.
3. There will be an electronic drawing at 2:00 p.m. PST on Friday, April 14, 2023, for one (1) Grand Prize winner and one hundred (100) secondary winners. The electronic drawing will be completed by a State of Nevada authorized third-party vendor.
   1. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account.
   2. One Hundred (100) secondary winners will receive a $100 credit to their William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports Account.
4. Within thirty (30) days of the drawing on April 14, 2023, the credit(s) will be added to the winner’s Mobile Accounts.
5. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by William Hill to obtain all necessary information for completing applicable winning tax forms. The Grand Prize winner must provide all necessary information by Wednesday, May 31, 2023, to claim the prize.
6. In the event the grand prize drawing winner does not fill out the necessary winning tax forms by Wednesday, May 31, 2023, the Grand Prize will be deemed forfeited.
7. Prizes awarded are non-transferable.
8. Deposit(s) must be made to the William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports app at one of the following PT’s Tavern locations to be eligible for the Contest:

9. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
11. Participants agree to allow William Hill the unconditional use of their name and likeness for Promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.
12. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
13. William Hill reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any prize already awarded.
14. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with William Hill whose decisions are final.
15. William Hill may disqualify any Participants from receiving any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
16. William Hill is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
17. William Hill is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by William Hill, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
18. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of William Hill which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, William Hill reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 
19. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, William Hill reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
20. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
21. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to the rules.
22. PT’s Tavern locations nor any of its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates are not sponsors or responsible of this Promotion.
23. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management in a manner deemed fair to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants.  If a participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, they have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
