LAS VEGAS (February 1, 2017) – Guests visiting Sierra Gold will find the tavern’s first menu revision in three years that offers guests nearly two-dozen additional choices, including entrée-style salad options, appetizers, large plate meals, desserts, and breakfast choices.
PTEG, a division of Golden Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:GDEN), is utilizing some of the most popular dining options created at its newest taverns, PT’s Brewing Co., and SG Bar. Golden Entertainment is Nevada’s largest tavern operator with 53 locations and seven more planned this year.
Joseph Romano, corporate vice president of food and beverage at Golden Entertainment, said Sierra Gold has long been the company’s premier tavern brand. The menu changes reflect a commitment to providing guests with an enhanced experience. The new Sierra Gold menu will be rolled out on Feb. 1.
“Ultimately, our guests make the selection of where they want to dine and what choices they want off the menu,” Romano said. “Sierra Gold continues to be a timeless brand and our new menu reflects the growing tastes of our longtime guests.”
The new items on the Sierra Gold menu include a Baked Ricotta with Meatballs appetizer, an Ahi Tune Poke, Fire Roasted Street Tacos, Mustard Glazed Salmon, Shrimp & Grits, Fish & Chips, and Ribeye over Vegetables.
Romano said PTEG would continue to offer monthly menu specials at the company’s taverns.
Sierra Gold has four locations in Southern Nevada; 1341 West Warm Springs in Henderson, 6515 South Jones Boulevard in Las Vegas, 2400 North Buffalo Drive in Las Vegas, and 6929 Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas. In Reno, Sierra Gold is at 680 South Meadows Parkway.
