PT’s Ranch to Host Seventh Annual Guinness Perfect Pint Challenge

LAS VEGAS – Sept. 5, 2019 – PT’s Ranch will put local bartenders to the test once again with the Guinness Perfect Pint Challenge, a competition to determine who has mastered the art of the perfect pour of the iconic stout. The seventh annual Guinness Perfect Pint Challenge will be held at PT’s Ranch, located at 2430 E. Pebble Road in Henderson, Nev., starting at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.Bartenders from PT’s Taverns as well as local restaurants and bars from the Las Vegas Valley will go head-to-head to see who can pour the most perfect pint of Guinness Draught Stout, with a velvet smooth, creamy head atop the pint’s roasted barley body. The competition will be judged by Guinness Brewery Ambassadors, who will choose the top three winners based on pour angle, settle and presentation all in the 119.5 seconds required to craft the perfect pour. One winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000, a second-place winner will receive $500 and a third-place winner will receive $250. This year, a loser’s bracket will be added for a second chance at success to those who are eliminated before the finals.Ahead of the Guinness Perfect Pint Challenge, PT’s Ranch will serve complimentary pints of Guinness from 6 – 7 p.m. and offer $4 pints for the duration of the event.  In addition, guests may practice pouring their own perfect pints at a mobile pint station. PT’s will also have a new “Ripple” machine set up to allow guests imprint images on the foam of their pint.
